We value value

It is of utmost importance that our economic interests are aligned. The traditional, retained search fee model is obsolete. We believe in a fixed fee engagement.  We will discuss the scope of the assignment, the resources required, and will agree to a fee upfront so there are no surprises when the assignment is completed.
